About Me
I'm Krishan Nursimooloo, a digital consultant with 13 years' experience working across the publishing, media, advertising and marketing communications disciplines. Launch Return is the product of working with a wide range of businesses, from early stage startups to well established corporates, all built on an understanding that there is no standard approach to digital. Everything is based on your needs and the needs of your customers, with a laser-focus on generating return on investment for your business.
A service in the Services section is defined as any task or piece of advice that you need for your business. This could be anything from copywriting, editing or transcriptions and graphics production, to advertising operations, media strategy, research, data-insights and community management. This is typically something specific, on which your business currently requires support. Excluding a free 30 minute consultation, which is offered to every new client, each service is bundled into 2 hour blocks, including any briefing time, onboarding, technical setup or internal communication. If you need training on how to do something, this is offered on a one-to-one basis and will include a recording, if required, and a summary of actions based on your needs.
A plan in the Plans section is a package of service hours usable at any time over a set period, which are better value but come with a larger commitment. These typically involve a deeper understanding of your systems, audiences and objectives and how they fit together. As with services, these hours can be used by me doing the work for you, or can be converted, in part or full, to remote training sessions on any service for you and up to three other individuals, so you and your team can do it yourselves. Following a training session you will have access to a recording, if required, and as with any service a summary of actions is provided as an ongoing guide.
